In One MOMENT

To see a mother give birth in a moment, to see the joy on her face in the next. To say “I Do” and to hear it back. When all you want is a hug and there it is, when you know a friend is to stay, when you know someone, anyone is always there. When the sun is bright and the stars still shine high. To be lying along with someone on your back and just staring at the sky, wondering what else extends beyond the Milky Way. To be felt that your loved to know that someone, somewhere really cares. To fall in love all over again. In that One Moment.

In just a moment, when life’s emptiness encompasses you and fills you with all those things that you kept away for so long. In that one moment when you realize that all those hopes and dreams were to not come true, when the sudden rush of the moment explodes in your head and all that you thought and wanted was just the dark side of reality that you live in. When you know that there’d never be another day like yesterday, when life decides to takes that bumpy road again. In that one moment when all seems gloom and all you want is the joy. When Keeping Faith no longer seems possible.

Life gives us all our fair share of ups and downs, but what matters is that one moment; when you want to disappear, to run away.
